How accurate are the colours in the pictures of products
on your website?
We have attempted to reproduce the colours as accurately
as possible, but the pictures will look different on different computer
screens. Please ask if you would like more information about specific products.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We currently offer delivery within the UK only. Please
contact us if you would like a product delivered elsewhere.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Our standard delivery charges cover the cost of packaging and delivery
using Royal Mail's Letter, Large Letter, Packet or Parcel services (see
prices here).
We usually use the Second Class services to keep the costs down, but can
send items First Class if preferred. Cards will be delivered using the Letter
or Large Letter service. Prints and T-shirts will usually be delivered using the
packet service. If you live in or around the New Forest we may be able to deliver in person and will refund your
delivery payment minus a small charge to cover our costs. Please Contact
us if you would prefer to pick up your order from us here in Brockenhurst.
Is VAT included in your costs?
At present we do not need to charge VAT.
How quickly do you deliver?
We aim to deliver products as quickly as possible, but
as some of our products are printed on demand it can take us up to a week
to get them ready for you. We'll let you know when you can expect to receive
your order when we receive it. Remember that if you live in or around the
New Forest we may be able to deliver in person.
How do I return an item?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return
it within seven working days of receipt for a full refund, including any
delivery charge included in your original order. To return an item, please ask us for a returns
form.
